Upon opening, the Roll-Packed mattress should come back to its specified dimensions, if it doesn’t comes to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defected.
Not Covered in Warranty	1.Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching. 2. Any sort of fabric/zip/mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty . 3.Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as defect. 4. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty. 5. Damage due to mishandling, overheating, moisture and other improper care and usage of mattress . 6. In the mattress if any staining, soiling, ironing, pouring any liquid materials on fabric and if you keep your mattress in tilt position. 7. If you caused any physical damage to the foam and spring mattress 8. If any damage caused by animals, rodents or children. 9. Natural aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials. 10.Regarding the natural defects, decision and warranty applicability will be finalized by the company.

1)I Bought 72*48*6 with dimensions
2)5 Year warranty coverage
3)Take one day to retain its original position because it was packed under the vacuum condition for transportation with minimum size
4)It is an orthopaedic mattress .so, don't expect
Cushion like experience but it's ok for comfort but if it's more spongy we will destroy our back in the long ru...
