Don't waste your money

I purchased this chair for long working hours, but the experience has been very disappointing.

The lumbar support does not stay at the required height and keeps sliding down.

The lumbar cushion material is poor quality leatherette, which traps heat and makes sitting uncomfortable.

The recline function does not work properly.

The headrest is almost useless and does not provide real support.

The seat made of Korean mesh is also uncomfortable, and overall sitting comfort is worse than an or...
