Groots foot patches are the best patches that I have ever used. They can remove not only toxins but also all heavy metals and chemicals from the body through the soles of the feet. I always feel so refreshed and energetic in the morning after sleeping in the night putting the foot patches on my feet. It works best if it can be kept for 6-8 hours which I choose to be overnight.
