Chakravarty expresses the ISO 9001 : 2000 version in a subtle way so that it becomes easier for a quality professional to implement such system in any organisation he/she is associated with. It gives quite a large number of examples of necessary documents, including some typical forms and formats, which is expected to help the quality professional in the implementation of the Quality Management System.
