Good choice

Good one...it should be little more fast while skipping.During skipping, it produce some resistance..but it is nice because, it gives more strength to your shoulder. The length of rope can adjust as it was not given at earlier rope & quality is also improved.

this rope is just amazing but there s a thing that u should keep in mind before buying this is that this rope is ideal for fat loss as it is very heavy so keep in mind that you wont be easily able to do all sort of tricks.. so if your goal isnt loosing fat then idont think u really need this rope...this is the best rope for fatloss in my opinion as it is heavy hence it helps burning more calories in less time as compared to any other pvc rope..this rope will be quiet slow as compared to pvc r...

One of the best skipping ropes I've used. truly justified for the price tag it comes. Firstly, the material used is very good and it's a threaded rope and no pvc type. Secondly, it's adjustable (however a person with an average height of 5'5-6 won't need to adjust it).

If you're using a speed rope before this, then it'll take a day or so to adjust as it's a bit heavy than pvc speed ropes. However, this rope more resistance in your workouts and is far better in longer run. Build quality is g...

This product is worth every penny. It's durable and it's rope is ADJUSTABLE. Yes you heard it correct. Checkout the pics provided with this review. The brand has also given a manual for different exercises which can be performed by this rope. The rope quality is tough and intact. At the bottom of the hold bar pull out the rope and adjust accordingly. Rest other info described in the user manual.
