no regrets, this is simply working well as per description. the quality is really good and sturdy material. its mentioned as BPA free too. not sure REALLY, IT stands to BPA STANDARDS but the product and quality with price,it appeals 4.5 stars rating.

A:It mostly depends on scoop size. On average a scoop = 30gm. You can count your macros accordingly and find the no. of scoops. Generally for this shaker it's best if you use 2 scoops. Works well for me
