Fabric Care

First Wash (Most Important) Always wash separately the first 2–3 times (colors may bleed a little). Hand wash in cold water — avoid machine wash initially. Add 2–3 spoons of salt or a cup of white vinegar to the wash water. This helps “fix” the natural pigments. Regular Washing Water Temperature: Always use cold water. Avoid hot or warm water (it fades colors). Detergent: Use a mild, liquid detergent (no bleach, no strong washing powder). Method: Hand wash gently OR Machine wash on gentle cycle inside out, in a mesh bag if possible. Avoid soaking for a long time (15 minutes max). Do not wring hard — gently squeeze out water.
