    Good book for those hooked to Marathons

    This book is comprehensive, gives a different approach of cutting down the long run in every marathon training plan. Pretty useful for those who have already run a marathon and are looking to improve o their performance. Cutting down the long run does not mean lesser miles run during training. It advocates a 6 day per week training plan, so the cumulative mileage during training is similar / more than other plans.
