So this title is written by the famed Harvard Guru on happiness. Although written sincerely and honestly, the book seriously lacks any ' juice' . It ambles like a dry academic treatise ( which it is) . I think the writer did this consciously to avoid falling into the hysterical musings of other self help books. But in it's attempt to avoid hysteria and emotion, it sacrificed all inspiration and vigour.
