Summary of the Book
Eleven-year-old Harriet M. Welsch is an aspiring writer who hopes to become a spy. She lives in New York City’s Upper East Side. Before she discovers it, her friends read the always truthful, sometimes unpleasant things she had written about each of them! About Louise Fitzhugh
Louis Fitzhugh was an American writer and illustrator of young adult and children’s literature. She attended Bard College and got involved in politics and anti-racism. Some of her notable works are: Suzuki Beane, The Long Secret, Bang Bang You’re Dead, and Nobody’s Family is Going to Change.
