This is a very good product in the 10L storage water heater category. The free installation promise by Havells is a bonus and their penetration is unmatched. They are ready to go to villages to fulfill installation and repair requests. I am also impressed by the product as it heats the water pretty quickly. The design is minimalistic but sturdy. The service guys were both polite. I has been there for 2 months now. I hope it turns out to be a long lasting relationship.
