Fabulous!
I use this for roti, paratha and dosa, and it works fine for all these. For the first time I faced a lot of difficulty in spreading the dosa batter on this tawa but then I realised that the tawa heats up quickly and retains the heat for long time, so regulating the temperature properly by sprinkling water before spreading the batter solved the problem and then onwards spreading the batter is not a problem in this tawa. As it is non stick, dosa and similar items require very less oil.

Very good product from Hawkins!
This tawa works great on my induction cooktop. Although it's a non-stick surface, it's got just enough roughness to be able to make dosas / utthappams. Heats well and quickly due to its special base. All in all, well worth the money.
If you need more than just the tawa, you could go for the combo product which sells for about INR 3500/-. That would be worth the money too, I bet.
