Sierra majored in exercise physiology Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. In the mid 1990s, she had led the Mind Over Macintosh training center team from L.A in the fields of advertising, digital technology adaptation, and entertainment. Sierra also programmed a children’s adventure game called Terratopia in 1996.
