Good quality product from health sense. Accuracy is not guaranteed always - multiple checks gives different results but variation is minimum (neglible most of the times). Good to have at home for people who require constant BP monitoring. Speaking function is nice to have and gives you pre-measurement instructions and a quick summary of results as well as where does our reading stands in comparison to WHO standards. Q:It says power adapter is optional. So how do I get one?
A:Yes, it is optional. You have to choose the power adaptor with exact electrical rating.
I have not use it with only 4no's AAA cell.

Q:not showing readings. showing error after 2 months use. what to do???
A:Try to keep it in dry environment. Electronic equipment get errors due to moisture. Try keeping it with silica gel for 2/3 days without opening and check. Also keep it in silica gel in future as well.
