Highly Recommended for those who don't get enough sunlight
From last 7-9 months, my family was completely at home due to lockdown and other factors. Eventually our yearly routine blood test report showed low Vitamin D and we all were prescribed Supplements.

A:No, biotin is a water soluble vitamin where as D3 is fat soluble. So they may interfere while absorbing. Try to take biotin in an empty stomach before food and D3 after meal
