Good quality calcium supplement, I was able to notice the effect just after one week of regular use. Combinations on this thing is more than adequate. Seems to be better than shellcal HD or 500 , I will share my experience after using this for long term. Don't consume calcium more than 3 months. it's a course basically.

Good product I think we all have to use or intake this because after the age of 40 to 45 our bone losing its stamina and then in old age the body get pain at the joints of bones that’s why we have to use it at the early age that at 45 or above age we don’t want any support and we can easily move anywhere we want 🙂🙂
