Very good product , delivery is on time ,self assamble and kit is good, riding very smooth,but only thing is no suspension in front and back and seat size is small and no cushion seat not suitable for above 85 kg.charge cable good and charging time 3 to 4 hrs.stronge lock required for cycle safety in parking area other wise you can't lock any can on and Start the cycle.i have purpose topurchase the cycle for my office going but in my office is open parking without camera so i avoid to get in ...

Going good. Max speed is 25kmph, max distance in one charge only by motor is 25km.
The bike is a bit heavy though due to battery and motor and tough to cover more distance just by manual cycling. I ride my Hercules gear cycle 30km daily with ease, though doesn't like riding this just for exercise.
But this if you plan to use for city commuting (excellent for that) but not jist exercise purpose.
