A:No it doesn't. Despite it says that it comes 80-90% assembled, it doesn't. But the important things gears are assembled so you don't have to worry about that. I assembled the rest on my own. It's easy

A:It is not fully assembled. You will need to assemble the parts like front tyre, pedals, seat, handle bar and brakes. I was able to assemble it except the brakes, in about an hour.
