Received exactly as shown, scratches a bit here and there. Delivery was screwed up by Flipkart but this isn't rating for flipkart delivery. For the product its 3 star. Bicycle is exactly as shown so no goof up there. Tool box was not there so had to assemble is through a local man. Gears are somewhat problematic.
