Top notch product from Himalaya. Have been using it for almost 6 months now and the results are absolutely fantastic.
I've used On Gold Standard and some other brands as well but none of them can beat this beast Quista Pro. Although the serving has just 22g protein but the rest of the ingredients are absolutely brilliant. Highly effective in post workout recovery and doesn't feel heavy even if consumed with Full Cream Milk.
