It does work but there are other Garcia Cambogia capsules in the market that works much better and they cost a hell lot too. Use it with regular exercise and you will get enhanced results.

Worth the money

It works but slowly to get best results I prefer physical activity in morning like running , cycling , swimming at least for an hour and calorie intake should be strictly monitored . I lost 4 kgs. in 2 weeks.
