Been having this for a few days now it does help if you atleast walk 30mins a day. Just taking this won't help. And take it before sunset as it may interfere with your sleep. Do not skip meals if you're having it, be hydrated. And please even if this is a ayurvedic pill don't mix it with something else m.vitamins and protein is fine. Just keep these in mind and don't give up. Everything takes time, You'll get there.
