A:An experienced plumber will know to keep the standard gap. The bend pipe can be adjusted according to need.

Q:it does not support shower? is it half turn?
A:The bend on top of the faucet feeds water to a wall mounted overhead shower if you have the right plumbling for it. Its quarter turn, i.e less than half.
