initial impression post using it after 3 days of installation. installation from Hitachi is pathetic, they did not install the drainage pipe and cover that came along with the unit. regarding AC cooling is fantastic, looks are decent and hitachi brand is good. the major concern here is it's operating noise, it is on the higher side. not that it is not tolerable but definitely it is noisy as compared to other window AC. Perfect product!
Excellent AC bought for our guest room. Cooling is very efficient and the AC is surprisingly quiet. Very good build quality. Very happy with the delivery which was fast and smooth. Installation however, remains a mess and we got the machine installed from our own people. 5 stars for the product and good price but Flipkarts installation procedure is to be avoided if possible.

When my hitachi window 1.5 ton ac Deliver so few things are not working properly but i request to Flipkart to replace hitachi window 1.5 ton ac they replaced within a week.. And New one installed at my home and second one collect from my home .. Well i am very thankful to Flipkart team who communicate me regarding my hitachi window 1.5 ton ac... Terrific purchase
product is awesome. cooling is super in my 10 x 10 feet room. need to turn it off after 15 ,20 mins.
In my 18×12 feet room it takes around 30 to 40 mins to do effective cooling.
Its a great product with go for it.
i read many reviews before buying it many of them claimed AC makes so much noise. this Ac doesn't make much noise , it depends on ur installation. I prefer to have a wodden box fitted in wall of adequate adjustment and then place the Ac using cushion provided , if will work effic...

Excellent machine.. nice cooling.. low noise.. got at a low price with an extended warranty during big sale. I have no complaints about installation by Jeeves Co. The installation was done in a professional manner and my extended warranty of two years was activated from next year as the first year is covered under free warranty. AC delivered in two days time and installed within 48 hours. Overall happy with the purchase and installation.

too much noisy. All other things acceptable but it sounds even much more than old window ac of Voltas. Don't know whether it's installation issue or its hitachi specific. Installation people just fix your ac... they don't bother about perfection in installation. Any issues related to ac installation will be charged heavily. And you will be forced to accept as it is(with unacceptable noise)

A:since remote is battery operated. it's like calculator which will shut down automatically if not used more than 1 minute.
