Pretty good
Product is good so far, however outdoor unit is making too much noise. I don't know if it's OK for it to make so much noise. Waiting for technician visit.

I am editing this review. as it was worst experience for me, the AC is not even working now, it automatically switches off within 1-2 mins, I don't know what to do, when I asked for replacement, flipkart instead of doing it right away scheduled technician visit and that too after 2-3 days. It is totally frustrating situation...

Nice product
overall product is good but in terms of design I am little bit disappointed because it has no digital display and thanks to installation boys they are very polite.
but ofcourse installation charges is not worth and it too high 1600/- . it should be free because customer already paid a big amount and if it is not possible , so installation range should be between 500/- to 1000/- maximum.

Good Product From HITACHI. WS Retailer was very good to deliver product to me in 2 days.
Happy with WS Retailer.
Every thing is perfect Except Way swing.....as mentioned in Specification 4 ways swing..... it is a false information provided by retailer as product is good and installed i do'nt want to replace but do not furnish wrong information to customer.
No doubt product is good and i hope my electricity bill comes low this time..

I bought this AC recently and after using 1-2 month i am giving this feedback. So cooling is ok i.e. working as expected. Biggest issue with this AC is not having digital panel which make difficult while operating. You need to look in remote every time. Also sometime this ac got stopped automatically.

Hitachi as a brand is superb and this one comes with latest 3 star rating 2018. Cooling is perfect and installation was smooth as well. I would recommend this to people as Hitachi cooling is unmatched and chilling :)

Hitachi is known for its quality and built. For Delhi NCR, brands like hitachi are durable and last long. The only challenge is “noise”. Rest all ok. Installation guys were very professional and very hardworking - staff Nadeem has done a brilliant installation job
