Pretty good
Product is good so far, however outdoor unit is making too much noise. I don't know if it's OK for it to make so much noise. Waiting for technician visit.

I am editing this review. as it was worst experience for me, the AC is not even working now, it automatically switches off within 1-2 mins, I don't know what to do, when I asked for replacement, flipkart instead of doing it right away scheduled technician visit and that too after 2-3 days. It is totally frustrating situation...

overall product is good but in terms of design I am little bit disappointed because it has no digital display and thanks to installation boys they are very polite.
but ofcourse installation charges is not worth and it too high 1600/- . it should be free because customer already paid a big amount and if it is not possible , so installation range should be between 500/- to 1000/- maximum.

I bought this AC recently and after using 1-2 month i am giving this feedback. So cooling is ok i.e. working as expected. Biggest issue with this AC is not having digital panel which make difficult while operating. You need to look in remote every time. Also sometime this ac got stopped automatically.

Hitachi as a brand is superb and this one comes with latest 3 star rating 2018. Cooling is perfect and installation was smooth as well. I would recommend this to people as Hitachi cooling is unmatched and chilling :)

Hitachi is known for its quality and built. For Delhi NCR, brands like hitachi are durable and last long. The only challenge is “noise”. Rest all ok. Installation guys were very professional and very hardworking - staff Nadeem has done a brilliant installation job

It's simple and basic looking AC Chills my room of 120 sqft which is just below the roof of my building i.e the top floor, earlier my room was getting hot due to direct sunlight now the ac cools the room in just 5 to 8 minutes ... It's been 1 month since I've bought this i m happy .... My personal suggestion would be to go for Non- Inverter ACs like this one these are more reliable and durable ... I've seen people buying inverter AC and selling them within 2 years due to high reparing cost...
