Worth the money
With this model Hitachi seems to have come back with an old look as I have the same model purchased in 2013. Cooling is absolutely fine even in very hot outside temperature. My room is on top floor but still the cooling effect is good. I have little disappointment with the build quality as I can compare very well with my earlier one. Must buy!
Installation team is not professional at all . They are just learning new guy like street boy.
They have not drill machine for screw tightening. They fitted screw by hammering due to this ac cabinet got bend and my window got loose. During fitting water drain plastic plate got break. This is very bad impression on the HITACHI OR CONCERN company.

I went ahead to purchase this window AC after a lot of speculation, am very happy with the performance of this Window AC as it has got a superior throw and fast cooling of room. Installation was pretty easy however we have to do some modifications to the window which would be a bit expensive.

The product is good. Cools well and performing as per expectation. The installation process with the local Flipkart personal is very lousy and took 5 days . The workman ship of the technician is not good at all. After requesting several times, they put on the mask. Happy that the product is good.
