I am writing this review after using this Hitachi 1 ton three star AC for 3 months.
Delivery was on time even during lockdown period of May, superb Flipkart delivery service.
AC technician contacted me within given time window and came for installation as planned, as my place was having dedicated AC power point so only AC fixing was the job and he charged me INR 550/ for the same also I paid for the material used for sealing around AC.

Classy product
See if have a small room like 120sq.ft then It is must option for u , I have installed this AC in my kids room and it cools the entire room in 5 min if u operator it at 18 degrees , I haven't tried 16 yet but it really will cool fastly . But in the monsoon season like now a days I suggest u to operate it at 25 to 28 degree becoz it is enough otherwise at below 20 degree u would require a blanket for sure. Great AC and horrible Jeeves Service
The Ac is very good, and Flipkart installation service is cheat specialist. They tried to sell me A/C bracket for 750 which costs 450 in the open market. But yes the AC is superb actually, loving it to the fullest.

Manufacturing defect, I dont know how I am not going insane.
On the first day cooling was okay, But on SECOND DAY the AC STOPPED WORKING. Yes, no cooling from 2nd day onward.
Mechanic came on 3rd. He told that a chip board is faulty and needs to be replaced. He took the board and fitted it in the AC on 7th day i.e. today.
This is my experience with this AC of one week.

1. AC is classic don't expect much with looks.
2. Remote is useful because it has backlight
3. AC makes better cooling
4. Much noisy so it may disturb your sleep
5. Installation was ok ok because they didn't do carpentry work so arrange your carpenter and ply board for sealing of windows
