Delightful
Product is exactly as described. Firmware settings are good/native because I didn't have to mess with motherboard BIOS to make it accept this HDD.
A word of warning thought - the delivered product box does not contain struts, so if you are replacing HDD in your laptop, better get it done by a professional who knows what to keep and what to throw away.

Q:Is it compatible with HP pro book 4320s laptop.
A:Compatible in technology (your motherboard will accept it) but incompatible physically - i.e. it won't fit inside probook 4320s cuz different bracket width. So don't buy.
