Homeotrade respiratory exerciser has three color coated balls. Deep inspiration will create negative pressure in each chamber and will raise the balls accordingly. For use at Home, Hospitals & clinics. HOW TO USE:- 1. Exhale normally. 2. Place your lips around the mouthpiece and inhale deeply. 3. Inhale as fast as possible so as to lift all the three balls if possible. 4. Hold breath as long as possible. 5. Remove the mouth piece & exhale. 6. Repeat the process. 7. Rinse the mouth after completing the exercise to avoid infection.
