A very thought provoking and conceptual book on Mechanics
This book is a conceptual book on Mechanics, which touches some of the most elementary but profound concepts very well, including units, frame of references, defining force etc. It in general talks about why most of the physical concepts have been defined in the way they are. The book is in a conversational form , as a dialog between a teacher and a student, and almost reminds of the great book by Galileo on dialogue between the two worlds.
I would recommend this book if you wish to sharpen...
This is a wonderful book which provides lot of insights into many unanswered questions for which no explanation is available in standard textbooks. The format "student-teacher dialogue" helps to develop the understanding in a gradual way -- clears all the basic doubts and fundamentals . I wish a similar book be published on other topics of Physics ..
