All over product is good ,no sound issue,the free dos can easily upgradeable to windows 10 and pro also,touch pad smooth ,facing no problem while using touch pad,and drivers are easily available so I refer it to all,all over it is a excellent budget laptop

Very good product. Good Sound. I personal like 14 inch which is best for me. Great build quality. Nice display. Nice touchpad. Only con we can't install windows 7 it only installs windows 10 64 bit.
After ten days my display lid is loosened and it is not stir. When i move laptop its lid also move.

Very good laptop working smoothly with window 10.
Window 7 driver not available for this model.
Light weight good for travelling.
Display resolution is ok but wide angle veiw is not good.
Battery backup is 4 hour with continuous using internet over wifi.
All hardware of laptop works very well.

Absolutely Positively VFM
Writing this after using this laptop for last 3 days.
Screen - Very average if not bad for a 768p TN panel with horrible viewing-angles. White is on cooler side of the spectrum(far better than a yellowish one). Min brightness level is perfect for dim environments.
Build - It looks decent. Hinge seems just fine. Fan is almost silent. temperatures are quite acceptable.
Keyboard - Travel is not great. Up-Down keys are very small in the layout.
Trackpad - Very responsive. Supports all Windows 1...

A:Till now I didn't face that issue......eventhough I work with my laptop for a long time it doesn't get heated much.....is it gets heated it will get cool automatically within 10 to 15 mins.

A:You have to install windows 10 only. If you install windows 7 than you will face problems of drivers as for i3 6th generation driver are only available for Windows 10 version.
