I purchased this laptop in Oct 2020. It is having 4gb RAM. Which is not enough to WIN 10 latest version. Getting very version slow. At least 8 gb RAM is required.
Now I need to upgrade with new extra RAM of same frequency to put in second slot. Alternatively I advice all to go for SSD hard disk. Due HDD hard disk it is getting slow. Better go for laptop with SSD hard disk and 8 gb RAM. This will give good speed.

Using for last 1 month. From day one it started hanging up.
It seriously heart breaking when somehow you buy new thing by adding every peny you have and you get such a dumb thing.We are not Ambani's or Tata's. So it is ny kind request to HP to please stop fooling us.
I will make sure that no one from my contact should go for HP. Specially this particular model.
