overall good product. it is fast, boot up time nearly 40 seconds. but it has no CD drive. even though seller promises for backlit, sadly it does not have such feature, truly a disappointment. by the day i received the product it have only 7 months of warranty left and the McAfee protection is about to expire in one month. after that you have to renew that. but in terms of looks and performance.. it is a good machine.

there is no backlit., updating solves brightness issues
HDD makes it slower ,and almost takes 1minute to boot up . I have added a 256gigs of m.2 pcle nvme card now it works like a charm,Now the boot up time is just 9.8sec .. best under 50k

Really Nice
So far the performance of the prod;uct has been good and main thing that has not been resolved so far is Warranty of the product. Although one year online warranty meantioned at the time of purchase only 4 months of warranty provided by HP. The issue was raised with HP in the month of JAN 2020 and awaiting the response.

I bought this lap before 8 months before. Nice laptop and fair design. Good for students. Not good for gaming as it has 2gb gpu.Build Quality is not much good.
