Overall a very good laptop for the pricebi bought at big billion day sals.. Only short coming is the pre-installed apps.. After starting the laptop.. First thing to do wud be uninstalling the Mcafee antivirus (which makes the system terribly slow). Do this the correct way, as any hurry or interupption will land you in trouble ( uninstallation will be impossible unless windows is reset). The laptop is a good computer for young adult's use with basic programs at an affordable price. We are very satisfied with the excellent delivery service by Flipkart as well as with the user friendly and accurate website.

Nice product and purchased on BBD offer around 27K. There was no warranty card with the consignment but flipkart ensure that invoice copy is enough to avail warranty for one year as well as confirmed from HP site. It should be written during sell to avoid any miscommunication.

Laptop have everything good required for beginners but still i faced some problems:

Keyboard is not so good, if you are good in typing you may need to buy extra keyboard to operate.
Expected slight slim model, but its very bulky one.

Overall: if you are beginner, go for it else go for higher versions.

The battery worked fine for about one and half years. i3 processor is satisfactory but would recommend atleast i5 for smooth operational use.

Pros. 1. Looks stylish. 2. Good tactile keyboard. 3.Very good selection of ports. 4.Webcame also good. 5.Fan noise is minimal under normal stress. 6.Good battery backup and also charges pretty quickly. 7.Decent speakers. 8.Doesn't heat up quickly. 9.Average build quality.
Cons. 1.There is quite a bit of flex on the top of the display panel. 2.Trackpad is just bad, it's too small for tracking and there is also some hick up's during tracking because of the synaptic driver. 3.Display is just bad...
