Great product
I purchased this item specifically for other display features like internet, wifi, video display but i am very disappointed with this product because not a single feature is given in this treadmill. But for availing the 3 months extended warranty i gave it 5 stars.

I am utterly disappointed with the abysmal service and support provided by HRX for my treadmill issue. Despite reaching out urgently and persistently regarding the E02 error on my treadmill, the lack of response or assistance is beyond frustrating.
I initially contacted their support team a month ago, hoping for a resolution to the persistent error my treadmill was displaying. Regrettably, I received no response whatsoever. This lack of acknowledgment of a customer concern is unacceptable.
