Poor quality phone - HTC is going opposite to quality

Following issues were noted with this phone : -
1) Poor camera
2) Storage slot stopped working after 1 year
3) Charging point got damaged because of poor design and I repaired it 3 times but still same issue

It is cheep and best mobile in this sigment. It has all the qualities the processor , camera quality, data sending etc are very good
