Enjoyed reading this suspense-filled book that is brimming with drama at the turn of every page. The story is interesting. A woman is raped and murdered just because she becomes a threat to a newly-opened company in her village. Decades later, someone decides to punish those responsible for the crime. The scenes reflect the obsession of the youth towards drugs, and violence. This is the harsh reality of today and is sucking the rich and the poor alike.
Hungry Gods is a story of revenge and betrayal. It lacks initial buildup but the avant-garde style of storytelling keeps it exciting. The plot is tightly framed but the experimentative narration and alternating viewpoints complement it beautifully. Overall, this is a pretty decent read, Not my favourite, but still enjoyable
