i-Career (English, Paperback, Prof Virendra Grover)

Un-Employment of the educated is painful, paricularly for Engineering graduates after investment of 4 years and 8 - 10 lakhs. Jobs are not adequate to match growing demand, and CAREER is not what you study; its what you do in life. IIT-JEE is dream, but hardly 11 thousand, out of pproximately 15 Lakh get there. But everyone has TALET and is capable of performing, given the right environment and opportunity. Hence, opportunities are to be Explored by each individual, by own initiative and interest. Go for the Sky, but forget not to learn from the small and medium enterprises in the manufacturing segment. i-Career is all about the methodology that is well known, but needs to be reminded.
