fan is good but base could be much better it is the only difference between this and branded fans. looks like cheaper when you look at the base. it could be made by abs plastic or fiber which will make it stronger and lighter.

A:The timer is just a countdown clock to switch off the fan automatically. If you set 3 hours , then the fan will be switched off three hours from the time you set it.. Useful during winter seasons.
