I ordered 2 units ,one fan its head unit is not able to adjust up and down ,so I returned. Fan is good ,less noise ,and light in weight,quality of the remote is so pathetic,made with very low quality plastic,and not providing any battery inside,if u try to open the back portion of remote to put battery,that time u feel the quality of remote ,so bad

Very poor
If someone is planning to buy this product. Please Don't buy it. The product is made up of very poor quality. Two times I replaced the product showing the same issues. The fan keeps stopping working when rotating.. maybe you can't use both options at the same time... This comment is based on my true experience. Don't go for it.
