INELI India and South Asia is a regional program of the Global Libraries Initiative of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, implemented in India by the M. S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, Chennai, India. The INELI India Programme, allowed me to become an Innovative Leader in my library field. He is presently working as a Divisional Librarian and Head of Govt. Divisional Public Library Kota since July 2010. Beside these Service he has been served to the India’s First Women University- Banasthali University and Secondary Education also. He has unique distinction of having acquired Masters Degrees in Library and information Science from Barakatullah University Bhopal and Bachelors of Library and information Science from Rajasthan University. A Fulbright Scholar, Dr. Shrivastava is a Science graduate with M.phil and Ph.D in Library and Information Science, with exposure to several-advanced training programme on the applications of IT to Library Management.
