Top quality and Incomparable Assistance from IFB. The product which was delivered to me had a faulty bulb and I lodged a complaint with the customer support. The technician made a visit next day and couldn't replace it due to unavailability of the bulb model. The Product deserves 5 Star
The only problem I faced is with the GATI Courier
They are so irresponsible, they didn't deliver my product. I have to go and collect from them.
I tried calling them regarding delivery but the response I got from them is that they are busy call later. Because of GATI Courier I didn't receive many products I bought online. There should be some action taken against them from seller side, as per my advice stop sending products from GATI Courier specifically to Shimla.
