Not a good experience
I wasn't satisfied with the delivery and setup experience. The guy who delivered expected tips (paid Rs. 150/-) and wasn't professional at all. The washing machine wasn't assembled properly before shipping. I had to remove and refit some screws to fix it myself. I installed the washing machine myself because the company that does servicing for IFB (outsourced by IFB) came one week after delivery.

Nice product
The only problem was installation. The person who came for installation was not good. Told several issues with pipe and other things. As I refused to buy the things he was offering, he left and didn't returned. Called him several times but he didn't came. Watched some YouTube videos regarding installation and continued with the given pipe. It's working fine. One star less for the installation...
