i am using it for pimples... mainly i put 5 drops of tulsi shree in a wet multani mitti and then use it... honestly i stop inflammation of pimple so any anti pimple product work faster on me.
for constipation u can put 2 drops of tulsi shree on a 1L water bottle and drink hole day. it will work on u .
it is also a great immunity buster.

A:we can use 3 - 4 drops of it in luke warm water twice a day. Can be drink like tea.
