Thoroughly enjoyable read
Imperium by Robert Harris is a thoroughly enjoyable read both for History buffs or otherwise. The author vividly potrays the intrigue and happenings in his own style. Readers who are well versed in Roman History would find it a treat and enjoy the book better than others, though it may not be an exaggeration to state that it is quite interesting for readers of fiction to learn about the then Roman way of life through the eyes of a scribe.

Book Orders: Imperium and Pompeii - Seller Lovely BookStore
Bought two books in this Order OD405638314111051000, Imperium & Pompeii.
Looks like both the books are SECOND HAND. The books are old, faded and pages have turned yellowish. Book Imperium, the covers have been hastily glued together due to a previous gap there. Book Pompeii even has rust blotches on its front side. Both of them look like they have been fished out of some attic room where they were lying neglected.
The packaging was also bad, as the thin brown covers were nearly tearing of...
