Delivery style is not good . They fold the bag in the box.. wihich bends the frame . It is not right .
Bag is well and good for this price range . The clothes of bag is ok . Not premium quality.so it is not fully waterproof without rain cover . Rain cover is also just moderate . It can resist only drizzling

Best look and robust quality except that i doubt the polythene sheet inside bag whether it could withstand rough clothes and books.. too many compartments and are nice.. raincover additional advantage. Trust me i went through each and every inch.. BACK SIDE STRAPS WHICH WE WEAR SHOULD HAVE BEEN LITTLE MORE UPPER SO THAT WITHOUT ADJUSTMENT OF LOOSENING OR TIGHTENING THE LENGTH OF BAG COULD HAVE BEEN PERFECTLY PARALLED WITH MY HEAD LENGTH WHEN I WEAR IT.

Q:Received the product. Good. Wanna know that:
1. What will be the advised load in Kilograms it can sustain?
2. Hard base at back made out of what material?
3. Is this Rucksack is washable?
A:it can carry upto 15 kg maximum, they have used metal in the back to make it hard but its comfortable and yes it is washable
