As I read the first two or three chapters of this book, I had a sinking feeling that this book was going to take up more pages for mundane(although interesting) optical illusions than it would explaining them from the view of the brain. However as I read more, the content of the chapters slowly acquired a noetic form, as if helping readers adapt to the surroundings step by step.
