I can't rate the book , this is beyond my capabilities I am rating the condition of the book ,

What a genius Gandhi was. Even when all the Indians believed that the British rule was the biggest problem to be got rid of, here was a truly great father who understood the real problems of india. He knew that getting freedom was not the greatest problem, we had bigger problems to solve.... A must read for every one who thought Gandhi was a freedom fighter - well for him freedom fight was just a small battle for him - the war was much larger !!!

The book, like all works of Gandhiji, have striking comments on Truth, morality and religion. However much of it is about how social service and rural development is to be undertaken giving stress to the poverty stricken peasant population of India.

It offers a clear vision into the genius and humanitarian approach of Gandhiji and his love for the country. There are a lot of valuable lessons interspersed between lectures on how to inculcate rural development in terms of hygiene, control of ...
