The winding of the automatic mechanism depends on the intensity of your movements. When you receive the watch for the first time it may not be running. This is because the watch has no power to operate. The watch must be given an initial manual wind with 15 to 20 turns of the crown and then while the watch is worn it will wind itself and maintain the correct time. When setting the time please ensure the hands only move in a clockwise direction to avoid damage. The accuracy tolerance of our automatic movements is -40 to +40 seconds per day, worn under normal conditions.
